This product is designed based on acrylic resins for use in traffic marking and drawing horizontal traffic signs. Absence of solvent in this traffic paint (solid weight about 98%), possibility of implementation. Provides color in any thickness. This product will reduce operational costs due to the durability of traffic paint. This product is presented in 3 components. The two main components, A and B, are supplied as liquid paint in a 1:1 ratio. Also, component C or (hardener) is offered to customers in the form of white powder or paste.

After ensuring the favorable weather conditions for the application of traffic paint, attention should be paid to the surface conditions of the application site. In such a way that the desired surface is free of moisture and any kind of contamination, including dust, grease, etc. To execute, first add component C (hardener) to the main component B. After mixing it completely, pour it into tank number 1 of the line drawing machine. The main component (A) should also be poured into tank number 2 of the two-component line drawing machine. Then, the traffic color is applied by the marking machine with the same consumption of each component on the surface. It should be noted that after mixing the main component B with component C (hardener), the resulting mixture hardens at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius even with the lid of the tank closed for 24 hours.
