This traffic paint product is based on thermoplastic acrylic resins, designed to be used in drawing horizontal traffic signs. Due to the presence of solvent in the paint (at least 70% solids by weight), it is possible to apply the paint. It does not exist in thicknesses greater than 700 microns. After drying and removal of the solvent from the paint, according to the volume solid, about 50%. Thickness It will remain at about 350 microns (dry). Along with this product, in order to reduce the viscosity (thinning the paint), you can use a special thinner for long-lasting traffic paint. The use of different thinners is not recommended due to the possibility of incompatibility or causing a negative effect on the durability of traffic paint.

After ensuring favorable weather conditions for paint application, attention should be paid to the surface conditions of the paint application site. In such a way that the desired surface is free from moisture and any pollution, including dust, grease, etc. To apply, add the thinner slowly and with a ratio of 5 to 8% (according to the viscosity of the paint) to the main component of the paint. And after mixing with a suitable line drawing machine, apply the paint in a thickness of about 700 microns. In order to achieve a uniform thickness and, as a result, long lasting color, the use of manual methods (roller and brush) is not recommended. During execution, the thickness of the paint should be constantly controlled using a thickness gauge.
